Hip Hop Spin Class; Sign Me Up [Video]

I have done 1 spin class in my lifetime; thanks to my friend Shiela who use to work at the Midland Y. It was fun and I definitely worked up a sweat. BUT, this looks even better! LOL

Now, this hip hop spin class looks like a blast. Not only is the music on point but the MOVES make it all worth it.

You have never seen Spin Class like this. This looks fun and looks like a major workout! I wonder how long I would last?
