You know Texas rap legend Bun-B best as one half of the iconic duo "UGK" with the late great Pimp C but since Pimp's passing, Bun has admitted that he isn't as moved by music as he used to even though he's still considered one of the best MC's in hip hop.

He's been more focused lately on food and his brand "Trill Burgers" which he's been promoting through pop-ups and on social media to rave reviews all over.

While Trill Burgers have been an "underground sensation" much like UGK's music during their prime, the burgers have caught the attention of many across the country including ABC's "Good Morning America" which recently hosted a contest seeking out the best burger in America called "United States Of Burgers" and Bun's burger was selected as one of the finalists.

Bun's "Trill OG Burger" Was Already Voted "Best Burger In Houston"

Bun made the finals after finishing on top in his hometown of Houston which allowed him to move on to Times Square and the finals where the Good Morning America crew and others voted on whose burger was the best

While the competition was thick, Bun came out on top!

Trill Burgers served its OG Trill Burger, a double-patty cheeseburger with onions on a Martin's potato roll with caramelized onions, soy sauce and more. The celebrity judges were blown away by Bun's burger and he took home the title of "Best Burger In The Nation" along with a $10,000 prize!

Congratulations to Bun-B and His Team On This Great Honor!

Big congratulations The Trill OG Burger Master and bring some of that to East Texas Big Homie!
