Hallway Swimming? Really?

Okay is this what's happening in schools? So, now you can swim without water. My question is , who comes up with this stuff? My second question is where are the teahers? LOL, I mean when do you do this? After school?  Okay lots of questions, I know. But this I do know....CLEAN FLOORS!! LOL
