Governor Abbott Eliminates Business Owners Being Jailed

News West 9 recently reported that Governor Abbott has done away with arresting business owners who violate re-opening orders. There are a ton of opinions circling around on the issue, as can be expected. Personally, I say good for him. People have to have the option to make a living. Like it or not, we live in a capitalist society. If capitalism collapses, no one will be happy about the result. I think the best course of action is giving people the option to continue to quarantine if they choose to. This means still giving the option to work from home where available, but also not arresting people for exercising their personal freedom. I know some people may not agree with that, and that's ok. That's why this is America. Let's get back to work.
