Giving Is Always Fun

The "CCFCU Take A Step Show Drive" this past weekend was a total blast. We were live for several hours Saturday asking people to come out and donate some shoes for the kiddos going back to school. The best part was, I got to have my kiddo with me.

Two things I try to teach him are, never be too good to help others out, and never forget that in a heartbeat you could be the one in need. Lol he got on social media and blew it up asking people to come out and I've gotta say I was one proud daddy. He's 12 now so I know I only have a year or so before hanging out with dad isn't number one on his list anymore. I'm glad I get to enjoy things like this with him in the mean time.
