Fabulous Fajita’s From Rosa’s

Ok now this is what I'm talking about! We recently had a get-together at the office and hit up Rosa's for some awesome food. Check this out! Fajita's with all the trimmings (sour cream and shredded cheese on the side) and it was fabulous! If your work place is like ours and you only have a few people to feed, then these yummy fajita's are the way to go!

There were many fajita burritos made that day, thanks to the hot, fresh tortillas we got too. I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it all over again. lol By the way, this particular platter is called the family platter, so next time you need something quick and easy for a work function, I highly recommend some Rosa's Cafe fajitas!
