Who's ready to get their burger on? Brand new in Odessa, HOPDODDY Burger Bar is just opened on Tuesday, April 18th!
• HOPDODDY BURGER BAR ID ODESSA IS NOW OPEN IN ODESSA TEXAS!
Taking over the old location of Grub Burger, HOPDODDY BURGER BAR will be opening up Tuesday, April 18th. This ODESSA location will join the Midland location as the 2nd Hopdoddy in the Permian Basin! There are Texas locations also in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and College Station, ODESSA becomes the newest location.
Taking over the grub location in Odessa and joining the Midland location (below) as the 2nd HOPDODDY in the Permian Basin!

- Hours of Operation: 11a-10p Sunday through Thursday
- 11a-11p Friday and Saturday.

Truffle Mac- Certified Piedmontese beef patty topped with house-made truffle mac & cheese, caramelized onions, tomato, arugula & truffle aioli
Buffalo Bill- Free-range bison patty topped with blue cheese, steakhouse bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, buffalo sauce & Doddy Mayo.
The Classic- Our classic house burger, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion & Doddy Mayo. Elevate it with cheddar cheese, steakhouse bacon or other options.
The Goodnight Good Cause- Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeños, caffeinated BBQ sauce, Doddy Mayo, lettuce & tomato. A portion of the proceeds are donated to local charities doing amazing things in our neighborhood.
Magic Shroom- Creamy goat cheese, field mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & basil pesto sauce.
Llano Poblano- Pepper jack cheese, steakhouse bacon, seared poblanos, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato & onion.
El Diablo- This burger brings the heat - pepper jack cheese, roasted habaneros & serranos, caramelized onions, salsa roja, lettuce, tomato & chipotle aioli sauce.
Beyond Vegan - Beyond patty made entirely from plants, topped with vegan gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & veganaise on our vegan wheat bun
Bacon Jam Double- This burger brings the heat - pepper jack cheese, roasted habaneros & serranos, caramelized onions, salsa roja, lettuce, tomato & chipotle aioli sauce.
