Ask Texas – How Do I Tell My Girlfriend I Don’t Want Joint Account Anymore?

Buzz Question - Um, I do I tell my GIRLFRIEND of 3 years that I don't want a joint account anymore? We have been sharing one since the first year we got together but for many reasons, um I want to have individual ones. Everything is great between us but there have been some issues with the joint account that I think would be better if we have individual ones.
