Houston, Texas --  April Fool's Day is a day in which people should take whatever they hear or see online with a grain of salt.  This goes double for things that they see on social media.  And yet, every year, people are fooled by April Fool's Day pranks.

This past April Fool's Day, a Facebook post went viral, indicating that H-E-B was going to open a rooftop bar/club on top of one of their stores.  Rightfully named H-E-B After Dark, it stated that the bar/club would have traditional club-style amenities such as a DJ, and cocktail drinks made with products that can be found in the store.  It even had a Photoshopped image of what this could possibly look like.

The post was shared thousands of times and had a massive amount of comments from people who actually believed the post to be real.  This goes to show you how many people read the verbiage of the Facebook post because it clearly said in the initial post that it was an April Fool's Day prank.  There were so many comments that the author of the post made an attempt to follow up with a comment in the comment section, reiterating that it was not real.

Okay, confession time, this was my April Fools’ post! Sorry to crush a few dreams out there. But hey, based on the reactions, maybe we do need to start a petition and make it real? I’ve had a blast reading all your comments and seeing how many of you were ready for it!

If this were to actually happen, would people seriously go to it?  Granted, I love H-E-B, but this ain't it.  I could see myself visiting at least once to see what it was all about, but I couldn't see myself visiting this bar/club on the regular.
