Want To See The Robots? This Saturday At The UTPB Ceed Building

The ROBOTS Are Coming! How cool is this? It's the 2021 Robotics South League.
The Ceed Building will be transformed into a robotics battlefield this Saturday as the College of Engineering is hosting the 2021 FIRST Tech Challenge Regional Robotics Championship.

The event has been described as...

fast-paced, exciting and offers opportunities to connect with students from other teams.

The competition tests the student designed-student built robots. Each robot will be tested through a series of tasks and be evaluated in the following categories: design, build, program and test. Students from all over will showcase their skills, knowledge, inventiveness, and more!  I'm sure we will be awed by how much work and skills go into each robot. And, if you have never seen a ROBOTICS event, this would be a great time to check it out here locally in the Permian Basin.
