Throwback Thursday Video:The Deele

Have you ever watched VH1 Soul on television before? If not, find it, you're missing out!

That is if you want to check out some 'old school jams.' It's a channel that is a sister station to VH1 and showcases R&B, funk, soul and Motown music from back in the day and some current stuff as well. Check your cable provider to find out if you have the channel and you have got to start watching! A couple of my favorite shows on VH1 Soul are Soul School that features old school hip-hop and R&B videos and Soulphrodisiac, you know what's up, it's the slow jams. In our house we will turn it on and just jam anytime of day.
