It's not everyday that the Pope makes a visit to the area. He is actually about 400 miles west of Odessa.

Pope Francis's visit to Juarez, Mexico is really a big deal. My mom lives in El Paso which borders Juarez, Mexico and she say's the town is literally overwhelmed in a great way by the visit.
