Savor The Flavors: Uncover Midland-Odessa’s Top Brunch Destinations
Are you a brunch (breakfast/lunch) person like me? I'm always down for an after-church Sunday brunch potential for a mimosa type of gal. Here are my favorite places to go for brunch and some that I have heard are great that I must try soon in Midland/Odessa.
5 GREAT SPOTS FOR BRUNCH IN MIDLAND-ODESSA:
Cork & Pig Tavern
Some of the best things to find here for a Sunday Brunch are Fruity Pebbles French Toast, which comes with vanilla ice cream on top and maple syrup, also on the menu a ham & cheese omelet with home fries or country potatoes, whatever you call them. Then there are Mexican migas topped with fresh tomatoes, avocado, and feta cheese, and don't forget steak and eggs with a grilled filet and roasted potatoes.
Bean & Grape
For those who love coffee and wine, you can get that at Bean & Grape in the laid-back atmosphere of a combination coffee shop and wine hub. The best things to eat here are the two-egg plate, sweet cream pancakes, and three-egg omelet. There are unique things to order like the Carnita Bennie which features a pulled pork and salsa verde topping on standard eggs benedict, B&G's Biscuits and Gravy with sausage jalapeno gravy, eggs, and a side of your choice of meat.
Ranchland Hills Golf Club
You don't have to be a member to enjoy Sunday Brunch but you will enjoy sports and golf-themed breakfast items. The Hole In One features two eggs with sausage, bacon, or a ham steak, hash browns, and your choice of bread. The Double Bogey has two pancakes or two pieces of French toast with bacon or sausage. The other menu items include Ranchland Benedict, chicken and waffles, and the Ranch Hand Breakfast with two eggs, butter hash browns, and biscuits & gravy.
The Patio Drafthouse
The Patio Drafthouse offers a combination of Mexican and American-styled brunch items such as pancakes, Belgian waffles, chicken & waffles, and French toast. You can have standard eggs benedict with English muffins or a Mexican-style benedict with homemade corn tortillas, poached eggs, chorizo, guacamole, poblano sauce, queso fresco, and breakfast potatoes.
Flipped
This is a locally owned and operated restaurant that is only open from 7 am to 2:30 pm and offers all the best items for brunch any day of the week and not just on Sunday. Come here to enjoy all the favorites that you grew up enjoying!
