Safeguard Your Amazon Packages With The Convenient Amazon Hub Lockers
I recently discovered that my hometown has an Amazon hub and every time I see it, I never really understand what it is for. I was scratching my head thinking why can't people just get their Amazon purchases delivered to their home? To be honest I was not very familiar with an Amazon hub or how it worked until I saw one.
WHAT IS AN AMAZON HUB LOCKER AND HOW IS IT USED?
I had to look into it and now it makes more sense. The Amazon Hub Locker as it is called, is for folks who live in apartments or those who live in a house but want a safe, secure spot where their Amazon deliveries can be safely stored until they can retrieve them. Dang porch pirates!
If you are going to be out of town for work or on vacation and don't have anyone to pick up your Amazon packages, this comes in handy. And it seems so simple to use. Anyone can have a hub locker at any time. Here's how you set it up, according to Amazon's website:
customers simply add an Amazon Locker to their Amazon address book and select the location as the shipping address during checkout. Once a package is ready for pickup, customers receive an e-mail with a unique 6 digit code that they’ll use to remove the package from the designated slot.

Obviously, the only bad thing would be for large packages. You clearly can only fit certain smaller items in the locker but hey it is a great way to not have to worry about your packages being left at your front door! Have you used an Amazon Hub Locker and did you like it?
