Rihanna and Chris Brown a Couple?

Ok, so are they or aren't they?? What is the deal with Rihanna and Chris Brown? We always hear that they were in the same place at the same time, but not "together." They send out little cryptic tweets to each other. Just last week they were photographed kissing at the VMA's. What the heck? Well here is the latest on their tumultuous relationship....

Earlier this week Rihanna tweeted a pic of her new underboob tattoo that she says is in honor of her late grandmother. Then Chris Brown decides to get a new tat on his neck, which some people are saying is a pic of Rihanna.( Me personally, I think it looks nothing like her but ok.) And the very latest is Chris' 2nd tattoo this week. He got a new tattoo in the exact same spot where Ri got her tattoo  for her grandma. Now the talk is that he is doing these things to let Rihanna know he will always love her and supports her. Really? So you get tattoos to let her know that? I say just pick up the phone and let her know!

I can't figure out if they are having fun playing these games, or maybe they truly want to be together and someone is advising them to stay away from each other, or maybe they're pulling a fast one on everyone and they're really a couple in private? Either way I'm entertained by their crazy antics. It's like, what's next? What do you think is really going on?
