Old-School Halloween costume

20 days away from Halloween! Can you believe it's almost here? What are you planning to be?

I was reminiscing today thinking of the 'good, ol' days'  when Halloween costumes were nothing but a plastic costume that you stepped into, wore over your clothes and tied in the back and a mask with a rubberband around it to keep it on.  Really? That's about as fancy as we could get back then. Come to think of it, how did we breathe in those things?  I remember how they were so cheaply made, mine was usually torn after a night of some serious trick-or-treating. But I sure did sport that mask for a few days after or at least until the rubberband busted and it was no good anymore. I miss those costumes! Simple, fun. I was a bunny one year. An Easter bunny for Halloween, no lie. Great memories! Do you remember the costumes that I'm talking about and what was your fave?
