My Co-Workers Did Not Include You In On The Office Buy

Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question - Hey guys...just found out my co-workers all WENT IN on some Mega Millions tickets..BUT they did not include me. I think that's not right and maybe even a legal issue. Can I go to the Boss on this or HR??
