Man crush Monday! My boy Channing Tatum is my #MCM for today because he will appear on an episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls tonight on NBC. 

This show is awesome because several celebs like Zac Efron and Ben Stiller have both gone on some great 'adventures.' Tonight, watch Chan, as his friends affectionately call him, do a backflip out of a helicopter as Bear convinces him to take his pants off (gasp!) so that he can wring them out. Yes please!
