Lil Baby just scored the highest-charting project of his career with Street Gossip. Yesterday (Dec. 10), Billboard confirmed that the Atlanta native's third release of 2018 hit the No. 2 slot on the Billboard 200, trailing behind Meek Mill's Championships album.

The mixtape, which features Meek Mill, Gucci Mane, Gunna and Young Thug, racked up 88,000 equivalent album units with 5,000 of that sum in pure album sales. The 13-track tape was popularized by streaming activity and managed to log in 82,000 SEA units, which translates to 114.2 million on-demand audio streams in its opening week.

As if that feat wasn't enough, one of Lil Baby's standout songs off the mixtape, "Pure Cocaine," broke into the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, landing at No. 46. Street Gossip follows Drip Harder, the "Yes Indeed" rapper's joint effort with Gunna, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart back in October. It also surpassed Baby's first release of 2018, Harder Than Ever, which hit the No. 3 slot on the chart back in June.

Quality Control's CEO Pierre "Pee" Thomas congratulated Baby on all of his success shortly after the chart data was posted. "No Radio Single, No Videos, No Big Marketing Just Our Normal Grind We Been Doing From Day 1," Pee wrote in his Instagram caption. "#2 Billboard 88k First Week On The Fourth Project In 12 Months. This A Big Win And Congrats On All Your Success @lilbaby_1 🏆 #QCTheLabel #WolfPack #4pf."

Lil Baby's blessings keep on coming. The "Drip Too Hard" rapper recently shared that he's expecting to have his second baby boy in the coming months. Baby posted a photo of himself and his partner showing off her baby bump on Twitter last month with the caption "Keep Our Business To Ourselves ‍♂️."

Congratulations to Lil Baby and the Quality Control squad!
