It’s Happening! Has The Construction Of Chuy’s In Midland Begun?
According to the MRT.....fans of Chuy's it's happening. The old Logan's Roadhouse building in Midland is finally getting reconstructed to make room for Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant.
IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE LOGANS CLOSED DOWN IN MIDLAND
It was March of 2020 when Logan's Roadhouse placed a note on the door stating they were closing down. It's been almost a full 2 years of the building just standing there. Until it was confirmed by a tweet....
LAST YEAR A TWEET CONFIRMED RUMORS THAT CHUY'S WAS COMING
THE CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING HAS BEGUN
If you drive by the location on Loop 250 , you can clearly see that yes 'remodeling' is under way. It's the early stages but it's definitely in full GO mode.
THE CLOSEST CHUY'S IS IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS
The closest Chuy's is in Lubbock, Texas at 4805 S Loop 289. I'm sure plenty of people in the Permian Basin have been to this location 129 miles to the north of Midland Odessa.
WHEN IS THE PROJECTED OPENING DATE?
The article in the MRT only states it's coming this year 2022. But, hey, at least we are seeing come progress to getting closer to a date. Stay tuned....
