Is This A Solution To Upstairs Noisy Neighbors? VIDEO

Yes, I used to live in an apartment complex with upstarts neighbors. I remember them days very clearly.
And, honestly I didn't mind it to much, but yes there were times when you would hear all the footsteps and stomping from above. There were other times I would hear other stuff but we won't get into that here. LOL

Now that i think of it, I've always been the downstairs neighbor at the apartment complexes I have lived in. Did I ever want go get a broom handle and stomp the ceiling to tell them to SHUT UP? I'm sure I did. lol

Maybe I should have tried this method.
