From Loop to Loop and apparently BEYOND! Here in the Permian Basin, we've got Loop 250 in Midland and Loop 338 in Odessa. But, what if we had a 'Mega' Loop that went around both cities? According to CBS 7, the third town hall meeting was held to discuss the benefits of such a loop.  The loop would be constructed around the outer areas of both cities.  Currently, Loop 250 goes around the city of Midland, while Loop 338 goes around the city of Odessa.  Imagine a LOOP that would actually surround both cities.
