GPS=Not My Friend

I discovered the hard way this week as I was making my usual commute home from work that me and GPS are NOT friends.

 I came upon a detour, no biggie, I saw the signs warning me as to what was coming ahead and was prepared. However, I was not prepared for the men doing their job to send me down a road I had NEVER traveled! Imagine how fun it was for me to try to get help from my GPS on my phone, only to discover I do not know how to use the dang thing!

 I've watched my hubby use it time and time again and wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been. I could probably have avoided the few extra miles I went out of the way if I had only taken the time to learn how to use it.

Just a word of advice to you ladies that are in the same boat I'm in, learn how to operate the GPS you have stored away in your glove compartment or on your phone, you never know when you may need it!
