So who needs a NAP after this past weekends Daylight Saving Tie thing! We lost an hour! Did you know today is National napping day? And, more importantly, when's the last time you took a nap? I'm going to be real, I'm really not a napper. But, as I'm getting older, yes my body tells me differently. I guess I can become a napper if I actually tried to do it. Now, there are times when I do fall asleep and wake up, does that really constitutes a nap? When I think of napping, I think of intentionally laying down for a little sleep for about 30 to about 60 minutes. Supposedly. there are several different types of naps. I think we've all heard of the power nap. I believe this is where you sleep from 10 to 20 minutes at a time. Now, is 10 to 20 minutes really enough time to sleep? I believe there's also a thing called the short-term nap which is really a one-hour nap. Now we are talking. Look, if I'm going to take a nap, I'll need to make it worth my while. Then there's something called the REM nap which is 90 minutes. If you take a rem nap I really don't think you can do this while you're working during the day. I mean other than an hour for lunch do you really have time to nap if you're working all day long? Or how about taking a nap at work? How many of you have taken naps at work?

According to disturbmenot.com

34% of employers allow napping during work hours.
(The d Infographics)

The National Sleep Foundation carried out a poll including 1,508 respondents. 34% of them said that they can nap at work. In addition, 16% of the respondents reported that they have designated napping areas at work.

I ain't going to lie, I've done it a couple of times, again not by choice I think I just fell asleep. Lol oh well, I should take more naps, they say it gives you more energy or something . How many of you out there are nappers?
