Bride Requires Guest Be Punctual At Her Wedding Cause She’s Locking The Door!

My sister is getting married this Summer and she put a 'odd' request on her invitation. She is requiring all guest to be there at a certain time and if they are late she is not letting them in. She is LOCKING the doors at a certain time. Her thing is about being 'punctual'. And, she says if they can't be punctual then they can be part of her wedding. I think it's TACKY AF to put on invitations, right?
