What should I Get My Mom for Mother’s Day?

Help a brotha out! I love my mother but I can't think of a single thing to get her for Mother's Day. Normally I'm a gift giving ninja but I'm hitting some serious writers (gift givers) block. I need the help of the best listeners on the planet. . . You guys.

I don't wanna go the typical flowers route and I don't want to go so expensive she feels bad accepting it. I'm going for the "almost in tears but also laughing hysterically" vibe. She lives in Dallas so I don't get to see her as much as I would like to. She is a huuuuge animal lover, has more tattoos than I do, can cook like nobody's business, loves native american culture, and is pretty much my biggest fan. . . also she has a more twisted sense of humor than I do.
