Just about a month removed from dropping his debut album, Sheck Wes was tapped as the musical guest for the Halloween installment of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The Harlem-bred rapper ran through his 2017 breakout single, “Mo Bamba,” which features a Take A Daytrip and 16yrold-produced beat, catchy hook and a clever reference to NBA rookie Mohamed Bamba. The track is featured on his Mudboy album.

For his special performance of the track, which was recently certified platinum, Sheckdressed as The Creeper from the 2001 horror film Jeepers Creepers as he made his debut on the renowned late night talk show. Rocking his horror movie fit as he performed alongside two backup dancers wearing starter jackets, Sheck definitely won over the televised audience with his spirited and spooky performance.

His performance on The Tonight Show is the fast-rising star’s latest milestone on his rise to the top. The project, which is featureless, spans 14 tracks and marks an impressive first entry in the rapper's aspiring career in music.
