For the past several weeks, Kanye West has continually upped the ante with his Sunday Service musical exhibitions. This past Sunday's edition of the ongoing series was a special one as it was dedicated to the late Nipsey Hussle, who was tragically shot and killed in Los Angeles on March 31.

In a clip that surfaced on Sunday (April 7), Yeezy is holding his usual outdoor concert when he pauses the show to memorialize Nipsey. As the organ plays on, audio of the California rapper’s inspirational words rings out in the desert sky.

Over the organ, we can hear Nipsey say, “Stay motivated, stay inspired, show love to your people, send some words of encouragement, y’all stay focus, y’all keep working hard, believe in yourself,”

At one point, the Nipsey words, “Stay pure, keep your heart pure” are repeated several times. The music then builds up as the choir delivers a solemn hymn before stopping. At the beginning of the video, North West appears to be mediating before joining her dad who is orchestrating the performance.

Kanye's tribute to Nipsey follows J. Cole dedicating a performance of "Love Yourz" to the late rapper at his inaugural Dreamville Festival on Saturday (April 6). Big Sean paid tribute to Nipsey at the same event.

The memorial service for Nipsey Hussle is reportedly set to take place at the Staples Center on Thursday (April 11). The family is expected to announce the full details of the service soon.
