Bishop is a Black male, 54 years old. He's 6'1" and weighs 300 pounds. Bishop has many identifying marks, including scars on the left elbow, forearm, and upper arm. He has tattoos on his chest, left arm, and forearm, and right arm, forearm, and upper arm.
Criminal History of Miguel Clemento Bishop in Texas and Colorado
Bishop's criminal history dates back to the 1990s. In 2011, Bishop was arrested in Colorado for sexual assault of a child in a position of trust pattern, 5 counts of sexual assault of a child in a position of trust pattern with a victim under 15, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and sexual assault of a child.
He was convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old female and sentenced to 5 years in prison. In 2020, he was convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and received a sentence of 8 years in prison in Texas. In July 2025, Bishop was released on parole.

In December 2025, a warrant was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for a parole violation on his original offense. Then, in January 2026, the U.S. Marshals Service issued a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation on his original offense.
