A Houston-area law enforcement officer is under investigation following a viral TikTok video in which she suggested she would issue traffic tickets indiscriminately due to personal frustrations. You can check out he video for yourself by scrolling down to the bottom of this article.

The video, recorded inside a police cruiser and posted to social media, shows Jennifer Escalera, a uniformed officer with Harris County Constable Precinct 5, candidly expressing dissatisfaction with her personal life. “Didn’t get cracked last night, so everyone is getting a ticket,” Escalera says in the video, referencing a lack of sexual activity the night before.
