Today (Sept. 12) brings another perfect excuse to turn the volume up on a Bone Thugs-n-Harmony album. It's Bizzy Bone's birthday. The group's youngest member turns 41 years old.

Bizzy Bone's life began with trauma. When he was 4, he and his stepsisters were abducted by his stepfather and got told that his mother died. He spent his childhood without a steady home before a neighbor noticed his face at the end of a broadcast of the television movie Adam and notified the authorities. He was then returned to his family.

Bone then moved to Cleveland where he met with four friends who would eventually become Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. The group officially formed in 1991, but truly reached stardom with 1995's E. 1999 Eternal (after gaining some fans with 1994's "Thuggish Ruggish Bone"). With the help of Bizzy Bone's rapid fire flow, the album eventually went multi-platinum and became Ruthless Records' first post-N.W.A success.

Bone also had a solid solo run: His debut album went platinum and his sophomore effort went gold. He dropped his latest project, The Wonder Years EP, in 2014.
