DJ Khaled will not only have hosting duties at the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards, he'll also be performing at the awards show, which takes place in Miami this year.

“This is such an iconic show that highlights the hustle of hip hop artists in the industry," Khaled said of his hosting duties in a previous statement. "It is a huge honor to be a part of a night that pays homage to some of the greatest talent of our generation."

Also slated to perform are Cardi B, Yo Gotti, Migos and Playboi Carti. Florida rappers will be on hand, representing the award show's relocation from Atlanta to Miami, including Rick Ross, Trick Daddy, Trina, Flo Rida, Plies and T-Pain.

Adding to Florida's representation at this year's awards show, Luke will receive the I Am Hip Hop Award. As for nominations, Cardi B has joined Kendrick Lamar and DJ Khaled with the most nods—all three artists have racked up a whopping nine nominations. Cardi B is up for single of the year, best hip hop video, MVP of the year, hustler of the year, and best best new hip hop artist.  Playboi Carti, Aminé, Kodak Black and Tee Grizzley join her in the best new hip hop category. Behind Khaled, K.Dot and Cardi are JAY-Z and Chance The Rapper, who both earned five nominations. JAY, who released one of the biggest albums of the year, 4:44, is up for album of the year and lyricist of the year, while Chance got a nod in the hot ticket performer category.

The BET Hip-Hop Awards will take place Oct. 6 and will air Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
