Powerhouse duo Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar teamed up to perform their anthemic song 'It’s On Again’ on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon' on Friday (April 25). Their collaborative song is from the upcoming flick, 'Amazing Spider-Man 2.'

Wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers cap, K.Dot kicked the performance off with a blistering verse while Keys played a wistful melody on the piano. Backed by composer Hans Zimmer and the Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr, the R&B songbird sang the soaring lyrics to the Pharrell Williams-produced song.

Elsewhere, Jamie Foxx appeared on the show to talk about his role in the Spidey flick, which swings into theaters May 2. The multi-talented singer also beatboxed with the Roots while Black Thought rapped a crazy freestyle.

Foxx also jumped on the piano to sing some unsexy words sexily for the audience.

"I said floss, staycation, tupperware, sandpaper, deodorant, Birkenstock and loofah (Luther)," he crooned oh-so sexily.

Watch both of these superstar talents shine on the 'Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.'
