Congratulations are in order for 2 Chainz. The Atlanta artist recently bought a $2.45 million Los Angeles home, which was previously owned by legendary guitarist Steve Vai.

According to TMZ, Tity Boi's new crib in the Hollywood Hills contains three bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as the famous "Mothership Studio" where the likes of Van Halen and Ozzy Osbourne once recorded music. The Daniel Son; Necklace Don rapper is definitely going to throw some bangers at his new spot, which includes 3,400 square feet of space. Check out the gallery of photos courtesy of Trulia above.

In other 2 Chainz-related news, the 39-year-old musician recently appeared on Kevin Hart A.K.A. Chocolate Droppa's new mixtape for the song "Light It Up" alongside Big Sean. You can check that out right here. Additionally, Tity just dropped a video for his song "Ounces Back," in which white rapper C White plays the role of 2 Chainz.

On the record, 2 Chainz raps, “I had a plug on it, I brought the kush in/See I wanna rub on it, I miss that pussy/And I’ll beat that pussy, friendly reminder/Don’t let me find you, I creep up behind you/I give you the Heimlich, you think it’s the Heimlich/Then I’ma G5 it, just switch the climate,” 2 Chainz raps.

The "Feds Watching" artist also stars in an exclusive web series with GQ. The show has allowed him to check out the most expensive sunglasses in the world, drink a $600 cup of coffee made from the poop of a rare species of Indonesian cats, eat some edible 23-karat gold popcorn and view Shaquille O’Neal’s cream S Class Mercedes convertible.
