WEST TEXAS REMEMBERS

We all remember where we were 11 years ago today. I was on the radio do the morning show trying to figure out what the heck was going on. I turned on the tv and saw one of the Twin Towers on fire and realized things were never gonna be the same. That was the hardest morning show I've ever done.  All I could do was go on air and report what I was seeing on T.V. It seems like a blur today. But, those memories came back when I drove by the 'Duck Pond' across form the Music City Mall today on 42nd street in Odessa. I knew the flags would be there and I knew I just had to pause for a little bit from my busy day. If you haven't already, going to the park with all the flags flying high, is an awesome feeling; especially on a day like this.
