Here in the 432 you can reflect on 9-11 at the Buffalo Wallow Park in Odessa where the have 2500 flags posted around Buffalo Wallow Park in Odessa. The moving display is set up every year by volunteers around Memorial Garden Park for America State Bank’s American Tribute.
