Halloween

HAPPY HALLOWEEN to all of our B93 peeps! Finally the day for all the dulce you can eat! lol Speaking of candy, I was thinking back to my trick-or-treating days and remember one year fondly. I was probably 8 years old and after covering my neighborhood and a few blocks over, I came home to assess the damage and dumped  my candy on the counter.

Ok I have to admit I've gotten a little lazy over the years when it comes to the pumpkin carving. We used to carve pumpkins in our family, it was a tradition every Halloween but these days painting the pumpkin seems the way to go. I'll use the excuse that people turn their pumpkins into a work of a art if you really think about it!

Plain. Pure. Simple.

Are you ready to 'Trunk-or-Treat' this Halloween with the Midland Police Department? On Monday, October 30th, from 6-8 p.m. local law enforcement with MPD will be passing out candy. As parents, we are always looking for safe places for our children to trick-or-treat, so do not miss out on this family friendly event!

It's that time of year, when we start thinking about fall festivals and things to do with the kids and family for Halloween! Mark your calendar to take your crew out for some fun at the 3rd Annual Fall Festival on Thursday, October 19th at Madison Medical Resort. Come in costume because there will be a costume contest with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Do You Even Halloween Bruh?

I came across an ayeaye survey about Halloween, specifically candy and decided to throw it out. According to the survey, 85% of people buy snack-size, name brand candy to pass out on Halloween. First of all, a big thank you to those peeps including one person in my neighborhood who goes all out and buys full size candy bars! Those are the houses I want to hit up because of course I dig into my kid

Ok so it's October, 'Halloween month,' but does that mean weird, creepy things have to start happening as a result? Apparently the ghost in my car thinks so. Let me explain...I have a 40 minute commute to work every morning and a couple of weeks ago, something weird started happening to my radio as I'm blaring music, trying to wake myself up with my fave songs!
