Annual Mex Tex Family Fiesta Happening This Weekend In Midland

Things are getting back to normal here in the 432! Including family events and gatherings in Midland and Odessa. A tradition in Midland is returning this year, in downtown Midland this weekend for one day only. On Saturday June 12th, the Mex Tex Family Fiesta returns! 

Plan to make it an all-day affair, as the festivities begin at 12 pm and end at 12 am. The Mex Tex Family Fiesta will take place at Midland Centennial Plaza, 200 W. Wall st. There will be a menudo and fajita cookoff, something that is super popular right now, a cornhole tournament, a children's area, folklorico dancers and lots of good food with all the different vendor booths.

Many travel from all over West Texas to check out the entertainment. This years line up not too shabby with some popular tejano artists set to perform. La Fiebre will headline, while Gary Hobbs, Angelique, the Art Tijerina Band, Ben Ozuna and ATB will also hit the stage throughout the day.
