Clementine Returns One Finger Poorer in Telltale’s The Walking Dead, Season Three
While most of the attention this week will be paid to games with a lot more pomp and circumstance, don't sleep on Telltale Games' upcoming third season of The Walking Dead. Due out later this fall, the story once again follows Clementine, now in her late teens, as she tries to survive the zombie apocalypse in southeast America. While her trademark ponytails and baseball cap return, Clementine won't be exactly the same girl we saw during The Walking Dead, Season Two. She'll be older, wiser, and minus approximately one ring finger. Telltale delivered the first teaser trailer for the upcoming season just ahead of E3 2016's official start, giving us a glimpse into what awaits for Clementine in the years since we'd last seen her. That, and her new friend, Javier, who appears to have a few secrets of his own.

Apart from the obvious, one of the bigger questions raised by The Walking Dead Season 6 finale’s mystery killing lay in how Season 7 filming would keep said identity under wraps, given the rabid on-set spying that already gave away several Season 6 twists. A new comment from executive producer Greg Nicotero might offer a window into that added security, but how fool-proof is it?

Season 7 of The Walking Dead has some pretty immediate questions to answer for fans, but will otherwise introduce brave new worlds and characters to explore after the bat. We know at least one major character (and his iconic pet) to pop up, but how might The Walking Dead realize such a complicated, outlandish figure?

And lo, The Walking Dead has come to yet another end, closing out Season 6 with at least someone’s “Last Day on Earth,” though it’s safe to say fan reactions to Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s introduction as Negan proved … divisive. Now, showrunner Scott Gimple and creator Robert Kirkman open up on the big twist, possible backlash, and what it means for Season 7.

It's been nearly two years since we last spent any time with Clementine in the world of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead, but the fan-favorite pre-teen may be back this year. While Telltale has been busy fleshing out the worlds of Game of Thrones, Minecraft, and exploring other areas of The Walking Dead, many of us have been wondering what will become of Clementine in the wake of The Walking Dead: Season Two's finale. Though we'd always expected Telltale would pick up the story for a third series, having no updates on the matter since 2014 left fans eagerly anticipating any bit of news on the fate of Clementine. While the Telltale Batman game got all the headlines this past weekend at SXSW Gaming, the company's CEO Kevin Bruner divulged a bit about the third season of the developer's highly-successful Walking Dead series. According to Mashable, the wait to learn what happened to Clementine after the multiple possible endings might not be much longer.

Over Valentines weekend, My girlfriend and I spent some nice quality time together. You know, just the usual sappy "I Love you' this and "kissy kissy smooch smooch" that. Regular old normal couple stuff. If you consider inventing the greatest Sunday Funday activity ever invented "The usual", because that's just how we roll...
