Tell me you're from Texas without telling me you're from Texas. I love this phrase, you have no idea how much. I came across a TikTok video recently where a gentleman posted that particular phrase then proceeded to show us how we can tell he is a Texas by how he dressed up to go out.

It's that time of year! Colder temps will be hitting the 432 soon with the holidays right around the corner. We felt it a little bit last week when overnight temps got into the 40's but colder days are coming and for those of you who may be spending your very first winter here with us in West Texas let me lay down a few ground rules for cold weather attire.

Ok the struggle is real in this area when it comes to dressing our little ones. In this case it's my 11 year old son. With the crazy warm one minute, literally freezing the next weather we have, it's hard to advise him how to dress for the temps! Not to mention, he wants to follow the 'trend,' which these days is shorts and your favorite sweatshirt.
