This guy wants your vote! He wants to be mayor! He doesn't own a shirt! LOL About 30 different people are running for mayor of Minneapolis, some more seriously than others.  And the WEIRDEST campaign so far is by some guy named Jeff Wagner, who posted a crazy ad on YouTube last week.
