If you have never been to a butterfly release event, you have the opportunity this weekend and next to be a part of one. Home Hospice has an annual event in which butterflies, a symbol of hope, new life and resurrection are released in honor of our loved ones who have perished.  This beautiful event has brought peace, closure and a form of healing to some. Over the years, we have heard stories from people who say they had a one-of-a-kind experience with the butterfly they released and felt that their loved one was near. The butterfly release is completely free and is open to the public, people of all ages, families or friends. Here is the schedule of events:
