Help! I Need Some Me Time

These are the hands of a mother of a newborn or a mother of 3, however you want to look at it. Grrrooosss! Aside from the fact that I've always felt like I have 'man hands,' I have not had time to get my nails done in at least a month or two.

They're so bad I've basically just decided to let them pop off on their own so I can just get a new set......when I have a chance. I pretty much decided I need a nail lady that makes house calls. lol Can we make this happen? It would have to be between 4:30-4:45 on a Wednesday afternoon because that's about the only time we don't have football practices or games or piano lessons or church and I haven't quite started dinner yet but it may almost be time to nurse the baby, so we've gotta make it quick! 

There are 3 things a woman should take care of regularly....her nails, her feet and her hair (you do not want to see these roots!) this momma has pretty much neglected all three and it ain't pretty! Please tell me I'm not alone....
