Happy Boss’s Day!

Happy Boss's Day! A holiday celebrated on the 16th of October to thank our bosses for being kind and fair throughout the year. I can honestly say I have always had great bosses. What do you think makes a good boss?

One of the best bosses I ever had was very fair and treated all of his employees equally. He was good about taking care of all of us whether it was a bonus here and there, going all out for a nice Christmas party for the holidays or the little things like saying, 'you guys are doing a great job!' It's the small gestures that make a big difference. My current bosses are extremely understanding when it comes to children and families. A good boss is one who understands the importance of family. What do you think? What, in your opinion, makes your boss a good one?
