The 3rd single from Justin Bieber's 'BELEIVE' cd is 'Beauty And A Beat' . The video features Nicki Minaj and was filmed at waterpark Raging Waters in San Dimas, California. In the majority of the video, Justin is wearing a black tank top. Also, Minaj makes an appearance during her verse of the song standing in the water, rapping alongside Bieber. Check out how Bieber's hair really never gets messed up in the water. And, what is he yelling at the end when he's going down the water slide? The video features a cool Point Of View perspective as if Bieber was taking the video with a handheld camera pointed at himself.
