If you are like me, you cannot get enough watermelon this time of year. My family eats it everyday! Legit I could eat watermelon as my meal, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Obsessed much? I typically eat red meat watermelon but a friend told me the other day, girl you are trippin' yellow meat is sweeter!

Today is National Watermelon Day, which makes this girl very happy. It's no secret that I've been known to eat an entire watermelon in one day...by myself! lol So the other day as I'm perusing the aisles of HEB, I come across this nifty, little gadget. Who knew, there was a use for the rind once you take the good stuff out?

My favorite fruit hands down without a doubt is watermelon. All day! My obsession with it is so bad that I can polish off one by myself, no matter what size, in a couple of days. lol Even my kids are like wow mom, you love the heck out of that stuff don't you?

Where in the world is the 'little watermelon guy?' You thought I was going to say Waldo didn't you? lol I am telling you right now, I love the heck out of fruit, specifically watermelon. But every chance I get, I look for the man selling whole watermelon's out of the bed of his truck because they are usually the best and sweetest!

OMG we had so much fun today! A few weeks ago Leo and I kicked off our very first Leo vs. Rebecca challenge where we decided to see who could parallel park better? I still say I won that one, but Leo would tell you different.

Watermelon and cantaloupe are my two very favorite fruits in the whole world! I can literally eat one of each in one sitting. lol

So the other day I realized that my son doesn't like his watermelon with salt. It's summer so of course it's watermelon time. I cut up some watermelon in chunks and served me and my son some. Well they've done it again. Nabisco has given us yet another new flavor of Oreo. New for summertime, how about Watermelon Oreos?
