Vicks

My momma would be so proud. Who remembers growing up using Vicks Vapo-ruuuu for everything? If I woke up with a sore throat, Vicks. If I started coughing, Vicks. If my head hurt Vicks. I would have to rub it on my temples. No lie. Mexican mommas didn't mess around and there was always a jar of Vicks somewhere around the house at any given time. How did that stuff never run out? lol

I've got a little one with the sniffles right now and as I went looking for something to remedy the situation, I found these. It reminded me of my mom always telling me to 'put Vicks on it.' Well now as an adult, I literally still use Vicks for everything!

So this happened over the weekend. It's true that you cannot take your eyes off of your little ones for even just a moment. My daughter found some Vicks Vaporub and went to town. lol On her clothes, in her hair, arms, legs....omg! Thankfully none in her eyes, she's good but geez was it heck getting it out of her greasy hair as you can see in the pic....
