Why am I like this? I walked into work to start a brand new work week, breakfast in tow and as I am eating said breakfast, browsing the internet as one does, I come upon an article that the very thing I am eating has been recalled. Oopsie! Mind you, I eat this particular item on a regular basis, so far so good JS.

Who loves to snack like me? More than breakfast, lunch or dinner, I love my snacks. I love them so much, I'm constantly trying to come up with healthy snacks. Chips, cookies and ice cream are not good for my diet so I'm always trying to get creative. This particular snack recipe however, I'm pretty sure I stole from the internet.

My family and I have been having friendly debates lately. Last week is was chocolate milk, this week, we are debating PB&J. As in which jelly do you prefer with your sandwich?

I don't know why I never paid attention before but I just discovered that my kids go through peanut butter like nothing! I guess everytime I go to the grocery store it's just habit, I throw in a jar of crunchy and a jar of smooth and don't even think twice about it.  I need an ECONO-SIZE jar of peanut butter! Like bigger than Sam's Club size. lol
