You know it is very rare that we get several days with beautiful weather in the beginning of February. I mean it is still winter! What have you done to enjoy these past few days with temps in the 70s and yesterday 80°? I've seen many people out and about at the park with kids or the whole family just enjoying getting some warm sunshine.

What in the Missy-Elliott-I-can't-stand-the-rain is going on here? This is me trying to sweat as much as humanly possible. One of my New Year's resolutions is to sweat more! My kids said I look like a trash bag. lol I do. Also when I purchased this I realized I could have probably just used trash bags but too late, I already bought this 'sauna suit.' We will see how long it lasts without tearing. 

Since gyms have been closed for quite some time, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with what I've seen friends, family and celebrities do for exercise from home. We have all had to improvise and get creative and I've legit stolen a couple of ideas.

So I just stepped back into the B93 studios after having a little 'water cooler talk' with the other ladies here in our office. We each just 'fessed up to the exercise equipment we have that have been used only a handful of times and shared a good laugh. lol Ladies, let's be real, the desire to want to exercise struggle is REAL!
