I would have to say right off the bat I am not a Chinese food connoisseur by any means. I know what I personally like and the places I go to frequently. Leo can give you the scoop. I went to my first buffet the other day and I thought I would share how it went down, in case you haven't been to one lately. The one I went to was a pizza buffet and you get your own spatula to serve your own pizza, then you put it in the 'dirty bin' once you're done.
